- Commit to eliminating risks and reducing incidents that could affect customer data, and that of related stakeholders, across the turnkey Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service chain—as a producer and distributor of hospital and public-health software systems.
- Commit to strictly complying with applicable laws, requirements, and contracts on information security and the personal data of customers.
- Commit to building awareness among related stakeholders of information security in terms of Confidentiality (C), Integrity (I), and Availability (A).
- Commit to providing the resources needed for continual development and improvement of the information security management system.
